一、 預約與報到規範
準時報到： 本所採一對一預定時段制，時間為 50 分鐘（內含評估、徒手及居家運動指導）。
遲到處理： 若您遲到，為確保下一位個案的權益，治療仍將按原定時間結束，恕無法順延，費用亦按原定收費計算。
二、 取消與變更政策
每日服務名額極其有限，您的時段亦是其他個案迫切需要的機會。
取消期限： 若需更改或取消預約，請於 24 小時前 通知本所。
累計缺席： 無故缺席達兩次者，本所將保留不再受理預約之權利。
三、 穿著建議
為了精確評估您的關節活動與肌肉狀態，請穿著或攜帶舒適、具彈性的運動服裝（如：短褲、背心或排汗衫）。
避免穿著牛仔褲、西裝或過於厚重的衣物，以免影響治療執行。
四、 支付方式
